Cube 8 BAC

The Cube 8 uses a Noratel made, audio grade balanced transformer core derived from the Elite’s XQ transformer core technology, giving it high immunity to DC voltage components on the power lines, as well as low noise. The Cube 8 will allow customers to enjoy very high quality balanced power conditioning at an affordable price. The Cube 8 also comes in USA / Schuko / UK / Australia AC outlets options. It naturally reduces the incoming AC mains noise while improving the current delivery to your system. Based on a custom single winding balanced power transformer, ground loop current and noise is reduced to negligible level to equipment connected to it, making it suitable for sensitive equipment like turntable and phono stages.

All new products come backed with full manufacturers warranty and support.

Returns for Change of Mind

We understand that sometimes you might change your mind. We may, at our discretion, offer a return for items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be in brand new, unused condition and in its original, unopened packaging.

Please choose carefully, as we do not typically offer refunds for a change of mind. We may, however, provide an exchange or store credit instead. Please note that a restocking fee of up to 15% may be deducted from your credit or refund to cover our supplier costs.

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If Your Item is Faulty

All of our new products are covered by a full manufacturer's warranty, which is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us right away at info@surrounds.com.au or (08) 9389 6900 so we can get it resolved for you.

• For a minor issue, we'll arrange a repair or replacement.
• For a major issue, you are entitled to your choice of a refund or a replacement.

We will cover the cost of return shipping for any confirmed faulty items.

• If we determine the item was damaged by misuse, or if your consumer rights or warranty do not apply, you may be responsible for repair or shipping fees.
