We have enjoyed a long-standing relationship with the owner, providing various services to their previous residence over the years. At their previous home, our work focused on audio-visual installations and retrofitting. Therefore, when the client informed us about their plans to build a unique and special home, we were thrilled. We embarked on an exhaustive design process, ensuring every detail was meticulously planned.

A highlight of this project was collaborating with Averna Homes for the first time. We quickly established a strong working relationship, which was essential for delivering an outstanding final product. This was a truly remarkable project to be involved in, and the results speak for themselves.

We were engaged to bring our full suite of services to a select group of luxury apartments within a new residential development. Our involvement began at the project’s inception and continued through the years of construction to its completion in 2024.

Working closely with our client, we tackled the exciting challenge of creating a combined private car gallery, office, and entertaining space.

This unique project demanded a seamless integration of technology and design, and gave us an excellent opportunity to explore the more avant-garde elements of our profession. From the precision lighting showcasing the collection to the state-of-the-art security ensuring its safety, every detail was carefully considered.
