Working closely with our client, we tackled the exciting challenge of creating a combined private car gallery, office, and entertaining space.

This unique project demanded a seamless integration of technology and design, and gave us an excellent opportunity to explore the more avant-garde elements of our profession. From the precision lighting showcasing the collection to the state-of-the-art security ensuring its safety, every detail was carefully considered. The integrated automation system simplifies daily tasks, while the immersive home theater and audiovisual setups provide unparalleled entertainment.

Lighting Control

Tailored to showcase vehicles and memorabilia, the system incorporates DALI-compatible fixtures and color-tunable LED strips, ensuring versatility and setting the perfect atmosphere to highlight every detail. It was crucial to integrate with the numerous bespoke light fittings, including neon signs, flood lights, high bays, and even a pendant light shaped like the wheel of a Ferrari.

In addition, integration with the security system ensures comprehensive protection, activating full premises flood lighting in the event of a breach. Moreover, all lighting can be seamlessly built into scenes and unique schedules to suit different moods and events. With user-friendly settings and automated functionality, our DALI lighting control enhances the environment, offering practicality and convenience for an enhanced experience.

Security System

Safety and security were paramount in this project, and to address these concerns, we implemented a best-in-class commercial-grade security system. Integrated with cutting-edge technology, including advanced surveillance cameras, motion sensors, and access control mechanisms, the system ensured round-the-clock surveillance tailored to the project’s specific needs.

In the event of a breach, the system responds swiftly, activating full premises flood lighting and alerting authorities. Additionally, the security system is seamlessly integrated with a fire safety system, further enhancing the project’s safety measures. With seamless integration and customizable settings, our security solution provides unparalleled protection.

Automation & Control

Our client’s space is a testament to the seamless integration of technology, with the Savant platform at its core. This system effortlessly controls every aspect of the building, from lighting and climate to security and entertainment systems, including electronic privacy switch glass, a motorized vehicle turntable, industrial fans, ventilation systems, and more.

One remarkable feature is the “Tah Dah” scene, which our client was able to easily create. A single button press transforms a seemingly uninteresting warehouse into a vibrant entertaining space in seconds. This dynamic showcase illustrates the versatility and ingenuity of the Savant system, offering a glimpse into the future of smart living.

Audio Visual (AV)

Our AV setups redefine sophistication, featuring a concealed projector system as just one of the dazzling highlights. Seamlessly integrated into the ceiling space for an ultra-sleek aesthetic, the concealed projector adds cinematic flair to any room. Enhanced by distributed audio speakers delivering premium sound quality throughout, our setups cater to diverse needs, from boardroom presentations to private cinema experiences.

CCTV

Our CCTV Surveillance project features high-resolution cameras strategically placed for maximum coverage and security. The system includes advanced features like night vision, motion detection, and real-time alerts, ensuring 24/7 monitoring of the property. Remote access via smartphones or computers allows clients to view live feeds and recordings from anywhere, providing an added layer of security.

The user-friendly interface and easy playback functionality make managing surveillance footage simple. This setup not only deters potential intruders but also provides valuable documentation in case of incidents.
