Home Theatre

This bespoke entertainment space seamlessly blends form and function. At first glance, it’s an inviting living area. But with the touch of a button, it transforms into a captivating home cinema. A motorized projector lift descends gracefully from the ceiling, while a hidden micro-perforated screen descends to reveal the cinematic experience. The high-quality audio system remains completely concealed behind the screen, delivering immersive surround sound without cluttering the room’s aesthetic. When not in use, the projector and screen disappear discreetly, leaving no hint of the entertainment powerhouse within. This clever design maximizes space and maintains a clean, sophisticated look in your home.

Multi-room Audio

This residence features a discreetly integrated multi-room audio system. High-fidelity speakers were installed throughout the home, with flush-mounted designs ensuring a seamless blend with the interior design. The system offered intuitive control over audio sources and volume in each zone, allowing personalized listening experiences throughout the property. Outdoor speakers extended this functionality to the pool and patio areas, creating a consistent and immersive soundscape for entertaining and relaxation.

Lighting Control
