Shawline (Power)

An updated and reworked version of Chord Company's previous Power Chord, now featuring a thicker stranded conductor and a redesigned, higher-gauge braided shield for enhanced performance. This mains power cable includes a 13-amp fuse and is specifically designed for use with hi-fi and audio-visual components.

It incorporates three high-purity multi-strand copper conductors arranged in a parallel layout, insulated internally and externally with PVC for excellent mechanical damping. The cable is protected by a dual-layer combination of braid and foil shielding that effectively blocks high-frequency interference, while a high-density outer jacket provides vibration damping. It is fitted with high-spec 10 or 16 amp IEC plugs to ensure reliable connectivity.

All new products come backed with full manufacturers warranty and support.

Returns for Change of Mind

We understand that sometimes you might change your mind. We may, at our discretion, offer a return for items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be in brand new, unused condition and in its original, unopened packaging.

Please choose carefully, as we do not typically offer refunds for a change of mind. We may, however, provide an exchange or store credit instead. Please note that a restocking fee of up to 15% may be deducted from your credit or refund to cover our supplier costs.

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If Your Item is Faulty

All of our new products are covered by a full manufacturer's warranty, which is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us right away at info@surrounds.com.au or (08) 9389 6900 so we can get it resolved for you.

• For a minor issue, we'll arrange a repair or replacement.
• For a major issue, you are entitled to your choice of a refund or a replacement.

We will cover the cost of return shipping for any confirmed faulty items.

• Please keep your original receipt or proof of purchase, as this is required for all returns.
• If we determine the item was damaged by misuse, or if your consumer rights or warranty do not apply, you may be responsible for repair or shipping fees.
