Uniti 102

The CI-Uniti 102 comes equipped with Focal & Naim Manager software and speaker profiles for easy customization in both single-room and multi-room setups. It’s simple to control via the Focal & Naim app or popular home automation platforms like Crestron, Control4, RTI, Savant, and Elan. Designed for fast, discreet installation—especially in a rack—the CI-Uniti 102 offers wired and wireless streaming (TIDAL, TIDAL Connect, Qobuz, Spotify Connect, UPnP™, Internet Radio, AirPlay 2, Chromecast), flexible connectivity (HDMI, Bluetooth®, S/PDIF, analogue, RCA, and Dante), and a compact, ultra-quiet 150W amplifier. Additional features include dual stereo RCA outputs for subwoofers or sub-zones, trigger outputs for CI-NAP 108 remote standby, and a universal 100–240V power supply.

Returns for Change of Mind

We understand that sometimes you might change your mind. We may, at our discretion, offer a return for items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be in brand new, unused condition and in its original, unopened packaging.

Please choose carefully, as we do not typically offer refunds for a change of mind. We may, however, provide an exchange or store credit instead. Please note that a restocking fee of up to 15% may be deducted from your credit or refund to cover our supplier costs.

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If Your Item is Faulty

All of our new products are covered by a full manufacturer's warranty, which is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us right away at info@surrounds.com.au or (08) 9389 6900 so we can get it resolved for you.

• For a minor issue, we'll arrange a repair or replacement.
• For a major issue, you are entitled to your choice of a refund or a replacement.

We will cover the cost of return shipping for any confirmed faulty items.

• Please keep your original receipt or proof of purchase, as this is required for all returns.
• If we determine the item was damaged by misuse, or if your consumer rights or warranty do not apply, you may be responsible for repair or shipping fees.
