Handcrafted in France, the Focal Kanta N°1 distils the design-led engineering of the Kanta range into a sophisticated two-way bookshelf loudspeaker. It pairs a Flax cone bass-midrange driver, with TMD (Tuned Mass Damper) suspension and NIC (Neutral Inductance Circuit) motor technology, with Focal's latest-generation IAL3 pure Beryllium inverted dome tweeter, a combination developed to control driver behaviour and deliver precise, defined and genuinely neutral sound.
Equipped with a dedicated bass-midrange driver beneath its Beryllium tweeter, the Kanta N°1 delivers a presentation of real poise, with articulate low frequencies, natural vocals and precise imaging that its compact proportions do not prepare you for. A wide rear port keeps dynamics free of compression, so the loudspeaker stays open and unhurried as a piece builds, from delicate acoustic recordings through to full orchestral scale.
Engineered with a moulded, resonance-controlled cabinet and a high-density polymer front panel that acts as an inert baffle, the Kanta N°1 ensures the cabinet face adds nothing of its own to the sound. A magnetic grille keeps its sculpted form clean, and a dedicated stand is available separately to place it at the correct listening height. For those who want genuine high-end sound without surrendering the room to it, the N°1 proves that scale and musical satisfaction are two very different things.

Returns for Change of Mind
We understand that sometimes you might change your mind. We may, at our discretion, offer a return for items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be in brand new, unused condition and in its original, unopened packaging.
Please choose carefully, as we do not typically offer refunds for a change of mind. We may, however, provide an exchange or store credit instead. Please note that a restocking fee of up to 15% may be deducted from your credit or refund to cover our supplier costs.
