Since 1961, KEF‘s mission has been to preserve the integrity of original sound with as little intervention as possible. The goal of every KEF product is to do one thing: provide you with a revealing listening experience that is as true to the original recording as is possible within the confines of your room. The iconic LS50 was the physical embodiment of this singular approach. A loudspeaker that took its cues from the classic LS3/5A but was quickly recognised as a modern icon in its own right. The LS50 was born out of KEF’s willingness to think outside the box, to constantly search for new materials, techniques and technologies such as the use of computer aided design and continuous enhancement of the KEF’s signature Uni-Q driver array. That was 2011, and time and technology have moved on. Since then our engineers have been upholding KEF’s driving philosophy and searching out new technological breakthroughs. The result is an icon in waiting : the KEF LS50 Meta Bookshelf Loudspeakers. Instantly recognisable as the successor of the LS50, the LS50 Meta is born of the same KEF desire for continual development and is therefore fittingly the first loudspeaker to employ Metamaterial Absorption Technology.

All new products come backed with full manufacturers warranty and support.

Returns for Change of Mind

We understand that sometimes you might change your mind. We may, at our discretion, offer a return for items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be in brand new, unused condition and in its original, unopened packaging.

Please choose carefully, as we do not typically offer refunds for a change of mind. We may, however, provide an exchange or store credit instead. Please note that a restocking fee of up to 15% may be deducted from your credit or refund to cover our supplier costs.

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If Your Item is Faulty

All of our new products are covered by a full manufacturer's warranty, which is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us right away at info@surrounds.com.au or (08) 9389 6900 so we can get it resolved for you.

• For a minor issue, we'll arrange a repair or replacement.
• For a major issue, you are entitled to your choice of a refund or a replacement.

We will cover the cost of return shipping for any confirmed faulty items.

A quick note on returns

• Please keep your original receipt or proof of purchase, as this is required for all returns.
• If we determine the item was damaged by misuse, or if your consumer rights or warranty do not apply, you may be responsible for repair or shipping fees.
