100 IWLCR5

Designed and developed in France by Focal, the 100 IWLCR5 arranges two Polyglass drivers symmetrically either side of an aluminium inverted-dome tweeter in a D'Appolito configuration, a layout chosen to focus sound towards the listening area and control the reflections that a room's ceiling and floor would otherwise introduce.

Equipped with a tweeter that rotates and tilts, plus independent tweeter and midrange level controls, the 100 IWLCR5 can be tuned precisely to the wall it occupies and the seats it serves. It delivers a front soundstage of real focus and authority, with dialogue that stays clear and locked to the screen through the quietest scenes and the most demanding action sequences alike.

Engineered with a shallow depth and a paintable magnetic grille, it finishes flush with the wall or hides entirely behind an acoustically transparent screen, allowing a full cinema front stage to exist in a room that shows no evidence of one. When the lights go down, there is nothing between you and the film.

Returns for Change of Mind

We understand that sometimes you might change your mind. We may, at our discretion, offer a return for items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be in brand new, unused condition and in its original, unopened packaging.

Please choose carefully, as we do not typically offer refunds for a change of mind. We may, however, provide an exchange or store credit instead. Please note that a restocking fee of up to 15% may be deducted from your credit or refund to cover our supplier costs.

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If Your Item is Faulty

All of our new products are covered by a full manufacturer's warranty, which is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us right away at info@surrounds.com.au or (08) 9389 6900 so we can get it resolved for you.

• For a minor issue, we'll arrange a repair or replacement.
• For a major issue, you are entitled to your choice of a refund or a replacement.

We will cover the cost of return shipping for any confirmed faulty items.
